  Jay Bridge  Jay, NY - 32-16-01

Jay Bridge This historical bridge built in 1851 is a Howe Truss with a span of 175 feet. It originally carried County Road 22 across the Ausable River, In June 1997 it was cut into four pieces and removed from its foundations by the county.

Other  Kissing Bridge  Ticondaroga, NY - 32-16-e

This Steel Stringer Bridge is in the north end of the village of Ticondaroga. It was covered in 1994 by the local Elks Club and the US Army. In a scenic park near a waterfalls on La Chute. This stream is the outlet of Lake George into Lake Champlain.

Other  High Falls Gorge Bridge  Wilmington, NY - 32-16-d

The High Falls Gorge bridge is a small timber stringer structure. It is the entrance to High Falls Gorge.

Fulton County
Authentic  Eagle Mills Bridge  Broadalbin NY - NY-18-01

Located at the Eagle Mills Cider Company in Fulton County, this bridge is a genuine 41 ft. town lattice truss. Built in 1967, it is not a historic bridge. It is a well cared for structure near the cider mill. A water wheel near the bridge generates electric power for the cider mill and all it's buildings. The bakery has delicious doughnuts, be sure to try some. The bridge is on private property with no access to the bridge from mid November to about May when the cider company is closed for the season.


Other Type  Avadio Bridge  Caroga Lake NY - NY-18-b

Located at the town of Caroga Lake in Fulton County, this is a 20 ft. long stringer bridge. It was built in 1980 and is located adjacent to state route 20A. Visible from the highway.

*  Salisbury Center Bridge  Salisbury, NY

This bridge in Salisbury Center, carries Fairview Road over Spruce Creek. It is a 50 foot span Burr Arch, built in 1875. This is an historic structure and the only bridge in the Adirondack Park.

Other  Old Forge Bridge  Old Forge, NY

Stringer bridge in Old Forge, NY across the Middle Branch of the Moose River. This bridge was built in 1987 and is 66 feet long.

Warren County
Other  Lake George RV Campground  Queensbury, NY

This bridge is on property of the Lake George RV Campground in the village of Queensbury. It is a one span stringer bridge with a timber roof, of unknown length. The year the bridge was built is unknown, it crossed Rocky Creek an inlet to Glen Lake.

Other  Three Brothers Island  formerly Triuna - NY-57-b  Bolton Landing, NY

These bridges are unique in that they span three island in Lake George. The islands are in the village of Bolton Landing about 0.1 miles from the west shore of Lake George. The bridges consist of a trree span stringer bridge with a timber roof, and a total length of 92 feet. The bridge was built in 1962.
